Not far away from the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento, in a land rich in beauty, culture and archeology, the baronial family Negri has, in Gaiano of Fisciano (Salerno), an ancient farmhouse, near the eighteenth-century home, "The Court", surrounded by the green park of Irno.
Monica, the only daughter of Baron Antonio Negri, wanted to transform the holiday home in a charming organic farm, in memory of his father and to allow all guests to enjoy the enchantment, the quiet, the ancient tastes and scents of this green corner of paradise, which reminds her childhood summer holidays.
The ancient forests of hazelnuts, chestnuts and walnuts, with the old vineyard, create immense greenery around the farmhouse, which offers an familiar hospitality, traditional regional cuisine, the comfortable simplicity of the rooms, the cool of the pool, the relaxation of a walk in the garden or a caress of the beloved animals.
Our rooms, fresh and welcoming, are furnished with passionate attention to details, having all the comforts inherent with a farm and enjoying of a splendid view over the Mount Vesuvius, the valley or the garden, so that the guests can live their stay here in the maximum relax and enjoy nature and the countryside.

Pannatone: breakfast room and restaurant with fireplace, adjoining large outdoor area with tables, where you can taste our dishes based on fresh ingredients, cooked according to traditional Salerno recipes, reconsidered for of today tastes.
Green room: a fresh and private room, for moments of reading, playing cards and conversations.
Music room: a room where you can relax listening the music or watching television.
Porticato: room with ample capacity for small conferences, meetings or training courses.
Our kitchen relives the traditions of our land and our families.
Most of the products are from our plantations and the dishes are all from authentic Campanian recipes.
The lasagna with vegetables, the ravioli with ricotta, mushroom pate and wild boar, prepared with herbs and enriched with various tasty side dishes, are our specialties, complemented by our famous hazelnut sweets. The menu is standard and varies according to the seasons and the availability of our farm products.
The price is € 25.00 on weekdays and € 30.00 on holidays for adults and € 20.00 for children.
You can even taste our products, especially our biological hazelnuts, shelled and/or toasted.
